EPS have a dedicated team of professional Graphic Designers capable of designing your project.

However, if your project is already designed and is ready for print please adhere to the following requirements when supplying us with your artwork:

 

 

Please ensure all fonts and pictures used in your artwork is supplied to us in a separate folder using the "package" function under the "file" menu. Compress the document using stuffit or winzip before uploading via our upload feature.

Please supply a PDF of your artwork. This is for our reference to make sure that nothing is missing or moved on the artwork that you are supplying.

Please supply a PDF of your artwork. This is for our reference to make sure that nothing is missing or moved on the artwork that you are supplying.

 

We request all artwork to be supplied at a resolution of (300dpi). All colours need to be set to CMYK (not RGB). This is done in Adobe software by "image > mode > CMYK Color" (if you do not set colour to CMYK we will have to convert your file which may lead to a change in colours.

It is important that you prepare your PDF file in the correct way. There are options which must be set for commercial printing

Resolution set to a minimum of 300dpi. Colour must be set to CMYK. Save your files as either PSD's or TIFF files.

 

Please ensure that all files are not sent to us imposed, facing pages or printing pairs. We have our own imposition software so all files are to be sent in single page layout. If there are a high number of pages please make sure these are numbered.

 

 

OTHER FILES

If your project is in any of the above formats we will have to manually import it into printable software. This does not mean that you will need to purchase our design services but you should contact us for a price. We understand that many home users only have access to the above software so please contact us and we can provide you with the necessary information to help prepare your file for print.
