WEBSITE FAQ'S
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with EPS is simple, secure and fast
1. Click 'Order your Print' from the main menu
2. Select your desired products, options and quanities and click 'Add to Basket'
3. Continue to checkout and follow instructions until you receive a 'Completed Order' confirmation.
What and where is your 'Upload Section'?
Our 'Upload Section' allows you to send us your printable, reference and imagery files using our online uploader. We can accept files up to 100mb through our uploader. If your files exceed this limit please complete your order and state in the 'Additional Information' box that your files exceed 100mb and we will contact you with other options.
Our 'Upload Section' is not available to the public as every file sent to us must match an order number so that we can organise uploaded files properly. Therefore, you need to place an order first and upon confirmation you will be forwarded to our 'Upload Section' where, if needed, you can send us your files.
I have files ready for print. How do I get these to you?
If you already have files ready for print please add a relevant product to your shopping basket i.e. if you have a double sided, A4 flyer designed you should add this porduct to your shopping basket and complete the order. When the order has been placed you will be re-directed to our 'Upload Area' where you can send your files directly to us.
I need my project designed. Can I send you some logos/images and some text/documents?
Yes you can. Please select the product you require e.g. A5 Flyer and add it to your basket. You will also have to add our design service which can be found as an option at the bottom of each specific product. When your order has been completed you will be re-directed to our 'Upload Area' where you can send your files directly to us. We may contact you for further information.
I have a Custom Project that you do not address on your website, can you still print and/or design it for me?
EPS specialise in custom design and print. It is very difficult to categorise and price custom projects in an online environment so you will have to contact us directly regarding any custom projects so we discuss your requirements further.
I would like to design my own Artwork but I am unsure how to lay it out, can you help?
Yes, we provide downloadable templates with every product. The template lays out the exact size, with bleeds and fold marks. The templates can be found along with every product. Please see image below:

I have had items printed by other companies before and the quality was not as expected. How do I know your finished products are good quality?
EPS have been a sucessful print business for over 10 years, we have not grown and expanded to be one of the leading printers in Ireland by producing low quality print. We are very confident with our design, printing and finishing that we can send you physical proofs for your approval before printing the entire order.
Your prices are extremely competitive, are there any hidden charges?
No. EPS is a complete printing solution we are not Print Brokers. EPS own all printing presses and finishing equipment, we employ designers, printers, and finishing technicians; we therefore complete every project under one roof and by the same people.

What is bleed?
